First of all: The principle of this system is very good and a big improvement to what we had before.
But there are many bugs destroying over and over again the game experience.
It happens randomly, most of the time after updates, your custom loadouts are destroyed. I remember loadouts were half deleted, so you had only one wing equipped. Randomly you see in the hangar your correct custom loadout, but the game spawns you with stock loadout if you forgot to check it in the loading screen. Newest problem to me I can’t choose belts for gunpods in a custom loadout. After deleting it and create it again it works. And I am sure there are many more bugs I don’t know.
All these multiplies the more vehicles you own and play. I have nearly all planes researched and fly every BR. The higher the BR the worse these problems become. Because you need more custom loadouts for every scenario. Because you can’t create them in battle. If one of these bugs appear, I have to check not only the current plane I want to fly, I have to check ALL planes. That’s a day work.
I think it can’t be GJN’s interest that I waste my time before battle to check everything works fine. And for sure, it’s not in my interest.
All the bugs I mentioned existing over a long time, they are reported, but nothing happened or we don’t know it because of lack of communication.
We all don’t know how this system is implemented in game and how difficult it is to solve problems.
One thought of mine was to implement a saving system like it exists in the controls. So after creating or changing something you can save your loadouts into a file and if something is corrupt in the future, you can load the proper settings.
