Closest fit with the current ingame nations.

And it doesn’t exclude a future Yugoslavia tree, they’ve had premiums like that before, the Strv 81 (RB 52) as a UK premium before Sweden was added for example.

Thankfully they didn’t put it into Italy’s tech tree

Yes the cas options are nice
It’ll also be a fun grinder for the Yak-130

Looks pretty fun, wonder what its RWR situation will be like

I haven’t seen any air-to-air missiles included with the new J-22 Orao, is this why it’s 9.0 in air realistic? I’m pretty sure it has wing-tip mounted R-60/R-60MK missiles irl?

The R-60 had winglets on an early prototype, and their installation raises questions. It’s unlikely they were even launchable (I don’t see a pylon in the photo).

I mean even mounted on the wing hard-points I wouldn’t mind at least an R-60 for use in air-realistic.

At least the aircraft looks very capable in ground realistic.

literally R-27R on the Iranian F-14. sitting on a hardpoint and nothing else.

It did not have them because the whole point of the J-22M1A is for it to get more/fully Serbian made things, with few things remaining like Soviet bombs which is nothing. The R-60s are ancient.

Yet it got added under Russia…

It should not have been added at all, and just should have waiting for a Yugo tree or some other new Eastern tree.

I don’t know, would’ve been more fun to have the R-60s for air realistic anyway, or the ones the Romanian variant has at least.

This thing is from yesterday and has worse A2A loadout than IAR93.

Just don’t pay those half baked vehicles any cent. Gaijin rushes fan favourite premiums because their summer holiday budget seems to be low.

its getting added in the next update, it will be a premium in the Russian tech tree and at a br of 9.0

Bro its 6 months old reply

Amazing air-to-ground munitions for 10.7, they probably made it premium so you wouldn’t have to grind through all the modifications to see them in full glory in ground realistic battles. The kosava ATGM and integrated gen 3 thermal camera really make it shine against ground targets, even uses the new man-in-the-loop system coming with the update.

Yes. Double L for Gaijin to not place it in its own tree

Also the presence of ground weapons does not address that this vehicle would be at a higher BR in ground matches than Su-25 basic, without any missiles. Or than Yak-38.

The Kosava with the ability to GNSS and use TV as its tracking should be pretty annoying for LDIRCM helicopters that like to hover over the heli pad.
