Simple, a Yugo tech tree. Either that or some other new eastern tech tree like Poland/Czechia I do not mind, but Yugo tech tree would be the best option.
I cannot stress this enough, but Yugoslavia and the USSR’s “relations” back then were overblown and most of that came BEFORE the cold war. It was mainly “business”. We do not want to go in a Soviet tech tree.
Literally no country in the game needs it. Yugoslavian TT should be added separately.

More likely Gaijin will announce the Novi Avion in the next update for Russia and give it made up weaponry

It basically makes no sense for it to be in the USSR TT. To be honest, it does not fit any TT currently. Hence, the hope they move it to a dedicated Yugo TT
Some of it weaponry on that plane is from USSR or developed from it (GSh-23 or FABs) Not to say friendly historical ties between the USSR/Russia and Serbia/Yugoslavia, which cannot be said much about the USA/France. I would be rather if it was in Yugo TT but if not, USSR TT is only tree where it can go.

Otherwise I 100% agree with you. Yugoslavia desperately needs their own TT and the USSR flat out does not deserve a Yugo vehicle let alone a subtree.
We are rooting for a Yugo tree because of these reasons. Guns from east, domestic bombs, airframe and missiles from west. There is nowhere this vehicle can be placed perfectly except the Yugo tree
I hope to see it in the ITT due to it being a shared project with Romania.
Italy also lacks a cas with advanced guided munition, especially missiles.

It probably will, pretty much doubt that they will bring Yugo preorder packs out of nowhere, especially considering another plane hasn’t been spotted (like some lower tier prop preorder as it usually is).
PS honestly I’d rather have a regular non-afterburning IAR-93 variants for the Italian TT.
