on the new Battle Pass season 16 which will released on July 24th.
there will be no new naval vehicle reward but a trophy box which contains one of four rerun naval vehicles which was given at past battle passes (Z25 on S2/PT-658 on S5/MTB-422 on S6/and Rank 1 TKA-106 from 2020 victory day) or just some SL if you have all 4 on your hangar.
Gaijin announced rewards of the new trophy box will be changed in future.
thenn… The naval mode will get no more of a new vehicle from a battle pass from now till forevermore? or will we get new naval vehicle rewards sometimes?
It is a new cycle. This season there is no Naval reward but a Box with old BP vehicles and a random reward out of this selection. Next BP we will Miss out on either Air or Ground instead and get a similar Box but for that vehicle type.
Hopes so, I was panicking thanks to those [no more low-rank toys] on 14lv reward but [15 days of premium account] since Battle Pass season 7? 8? (not sure which one was)
with full of negative thinking about the naval gets neglected once again…
Indeed, they did a dirty one. Instead of replacing those 10 days of Premium, they rather cut yet another vehicle, and they did so with Naval because they hoped that Players wouldn’t care enough to complain.
They need to prioritize Naval and provide a well-thought-out reward package. Despite some claims that Naval is dying or already dead, you can’t revive something without proper nourishment.
Naval has immense potential, just like every vehicle type in War Thunder. It’s unfortunate that it often gets overlooked and criticized—it truly deserves better recognition than it’s currently receiving.
Nothing in Warthunder suggests any kind of remedy or fix will ever roll in which is why I refuse to invest in Naval ,it will have the same issues for years just like every other game on Warthunder.Older players are wise to Gaijin which is why Gaijin want them gone so they can pool the wool over the eyes of the new naive players.
I believe the game mode has significant potential, particularly with the upcoming addition of submarines and potentially more missile-based ships from the Cold War era, i hope your wrong in your assumptions.
I think a tank only mode in GRB has massive potential and maybe era separation to a degree but its all nothing more than talk on a forum.I always hope I am wrong when I speak negatively of Warthunder but I never have been because its simple observation.
Also knowing that I will face cold war missiles in a WW1 dreadnought is a major reason why I won’t touch naval.Already been mugged by such sillyness in other modes.
Yes, I agree that BR separation is necessary in all game modes. This has been especially evident with the latest update introducing the AIM-120 and other BVR missiles.
I firmly believe that Close Air Support (CAS) is crucial in ground battles. If it were up to me, I would significantly enlarge the maps and integrate Tanks, Helicopters, Ships, and Planes into a single dynamic environment.
This map would evolve based on player actions. For instance, destroying a radar station would limit aerial spotting range, taking out a submarine pen would reduce submarine spawn options, and destroying an airfield would slow down plane reload and refuel times.
I could expand on these in more detail, but there is no point
I think the issues might stem from engine limitations, the pressure to maximize revenue with minimal effort, or perhaps the developers being overworked and underpaid.
Regardless, significant changes are necessary, or people will grow tired of the same treatment. I’m here because I believe in a positive outcome for both the developers and the brand.
I’m hopeful and keeping my fingers crossed for the future.
Difficult to say, but theyve been steadily decreasing the vehicle rewards from the battle passes for some time. We started out with 4 vehicles (ground, air, sea) which was decreased to 3 vehicles (ground, air, sea) + premium time and now we´re down to 2 vehicles (ground, air) + a box with some rerun boats or silver if you already have the boats.
What conclusion can we draw from this?
I’d prefer if they stopped focusing on the Battle Pass and instead prioritized better updates with more quality-of-life improvements. They should concentrate on the core elements of the game, such as balance and enhanced game modes, as these game modes have been the same from the very start of 2012.
