So why exactly is the JH7A still where it is?

I’m aware. I’m saying who gives two s*its about this thing in ARB. Gaijin should put all effort into GRB for this jet - ARB viability should be low priority. Simple as that. Go play another jet if you want viable ARB. And while Gaijin should be able to make both happen, they seem to be bad at multi-tasking.

Edit: Saying that, they should have added IRCCM PL-8 a long time ago to the Chinese tree.

People with brains that realize the game needs to be balanced across the board.

FYI, PL-8B isn’t simply just a PL-8 with IRCCM.
It’s a PL-8 with IRCCM and a vastly improved motor, that gives it even more range.

Which is probably the reason why Gaijin hasn’t added it yet.

Literally me on my final match to performance spade the aircraft.

Mig-29 could’ve outfought me but it was a 2v1 and he was the 1.

JH-7A can be 11.3 in ground RB, and air RB it’s healthy at 12.3.

Because he is saying that a JH-7A is able to out dogfight a MiG-23/21, Phantoms and " reckless F-14A players" wich is just wrong and borderline foolish to say the least.

But there is always a more foolish take i guess.
If you give the same plane to the same pilot, any plane that you listed will win against JH-7A. Just bc you won vs a level 7 in a EF doesnt means it wins against an EF

I don’t think most of these people even use or have used JH-7A - no point debating with them.

AllNationEnjoyer seems to be mad that I met him in a GRB match and proceeded to nuke him with a variety of Chinese vehicles. I wish some people used that thing between their ears - nothing in what I said is me saying that aircraft shouldn’t be balanced across ground/air modes with their respective BRs for that gamemode. I’m saying that China urgently needs more CAS options in groundRB, and that Gaijin is unwilling or unable to do things all at once. I want them to focus on JH-7A’s CAS abilities above all, simple. Because otherwise, they’ll mess with its air load out and we’ll be waiting another year for better CAS options. I actually enjoy using the JH-7A in air battles - it should be stated. I wouldn’t even bother trying to CAS with it most of the time.

The only two times I used JH-7A as a bomber in air was the first two battles, then after learning its sustained turn rate being better than that of Phantoms, F-5Es, and Mig-23s I stopped bringing bombs and started bringing the ideal fuel load instead.

You mean like how you proved me wrong about Mirage 2000 despite me being proven correct? Let alone the fact you were agreeing with me and our dogfight was more a formality.

I mean like you say “X plane has better FM than Y” even tho it doesnt and then you try gaslight us, wanna go in a formality 1v1 so i can prove to you that the JH-7A cannot win against MiG-23/21, phantoms or F-5E?

@Leinadmix9_ツ So telling you that Mirage 2000 is an overall superior airframe despite it being slightly worse for the air RB context is gaslighting according to your post… not the take I would make.

If you think that a Mig-23M/ML/MF, Mig-21Bis, or F-4E can beat ~17 degrees per second at 374kph, >18 at takeoff flaps… F-5E can get on-par, but only Mig-21Bis can pull the 11+Gs that JH-7A can pull.
