Well they would need a historian for that to find all offensive stuff for every country and bad all of them! Also its very subjective what offensive is…to you it might be, to me it might not. How do you regulate that whole mess?

idk if anyone actually understood some part of the russian stream but the new pantsir missile is activated via HE-TF aka, same way as a head, that way it only triggers on target and not on the ground, literally said by BVVD
no SAMs trigger on the ground, but they turn off their proxy fuse when they are close to the ground
so this new one will still fuse on targets at ground level unlike every other SAM in the game
then i prob missunderstood what bvvd said, since its somewhat what i could understand in the dev stream

i genuinely dont think the developers realize spaa at 10.3 and above go against cas that cant even defend themselves from those missiles. no chaff, flares or good air-to-ground missiles until like 10.7 and above, and even then at that point spaas can snipe you from 20km
more like ESSM, because SeaRAM is pretty short range

America and some other nations already have one of the best SAMs in the game in the thing is they’re just limited by The Mechanics such as multipathing which shouldn’t work for the top tier missiles
What even the main difference between this and the Pansir S1?
I genuinely have no idea, hence my question what could we realistically expect for the other nations. Currently I either use the top tier, the one I have basically IRIS-T or in case of the US, nothing since I havent oppened it yet but even if I did LAV-AD is pretty much the next best thing after the top tier one which is sad honestly

and the problematic helicopter radar-return… but i think if those things are fixed it will make the helicopters unusable
