it feels like justice to a brit main just sayin. especially as the USSR tree stole a revenge class from us
I’m fine with Japan getting the MKM but it should be changed.
- Remove the Kh-38s (Universally, Su-30SM can’t carry them either).
- Remove the dual pylons. (I don’t think the 30SM or 27SM can use them, and that it’s only for Su-35S)
Why should those 2 things be changed if theyre the same for the russian SU30SM?
I said remove the Kh-38s Universally. Because the Su-30SM can’t carry them either.
And I said remove the Dual pylons, and noted that as far as I know the 30SM and 27SM can’t use them as well, so they should also be removed.

And by Kh-38, I mean the MT, since there’s photos of the ML but not the MT iirc.
Vehicles getting theoretical loadouts has been a thing in War Thunder for years. Don’t see it changing soon.
Also the MKM is a vehicle unique to Malaysia. With Malaysia being a subtree in JPN, why would it go to Russia? Lol

It’s the reality of arms exports, most nations simply will not have top tier with out USA and Russian exports. While I certainly prefer unique variants over C&P Japan desperately needs a competitive top tier and there are no domestic options.

Its not only USSR Its USSR, US and Germany. They sell their vehicle to other nation A lot and hence when more nation are added these 3 tree will get less unique. Also wanna know something? Britain could get MIG-25 from India

Asking like its the first time USSR gets its best armanment given away lol.
T-90S and 72Ms already proven that its USSR who cant get shit from NATO but any other country gets best of them :/
Its not that i care that them will get the Kh38s. I will be more than okay of that would be a JAPANESE plane with them.
The point here is that its another time USSR gets its best machinery given away (now as they announced the Korea, they’ll also make 80U and BMP3 avaliable with its best armanment in the other country). And gets nothing in return.
Im all against clones so im okay if USSR gets nothing but also GIVES nothing, so it wont play against its own machinery. But if its like that and devs dont want to change, then its a question where are all the “imports” to USSR. Like the Centauro 105 which is as inadequate as Oplot P in china :/
This whole situation does not makes sense to me - the game was all about playing against different techs back in the days, that was one of the selling points of sim and realistic battles. And now its just c&p against originals.
And also, i was just proving my theory - sometime ago the users of this forum said, that there is no bias against USSR. And now its utterly and easilly seen, that there is. If its USSR given away, its okay. Most are okay with that. And there is much more defence for that Thaiwan M1 (which im also against)
Yes, i agree with that also. Tho germany is mainly there because of 1a5s and 2a4s. It was easy to add unique models of Leopards to countries where there are copypaste 1s (as we dont have 1a3, 1a4 ingame) to make them less copypaste, as they did with 1a2 sometime ago. It may not look like much but its at least not copypaste. And with leopard 2s its harder, but im certain that in most cases it could be solved.
Same goes with USA (tho it was not much of the problem earlier. Export Shermans were some different - A4, Composito, chinese with late turret but early cannon, Super Sherman, french panther-cannon sherman, ect). Export pattons were in some way different (M48 Super, turkish M60) ect. And with the planes it was… Always bad? Tho some planes got different armanment, mostly they were still copypaste. But at least they tried to do something unique.
And now its just plain copypaste. Gaijin just adds copypastes because cheap. Each update must have a machine for each country, so 4 M55s and F18s it is.
tho i want you to understand that its WAS more hurting to USSR as they are mostly playing AGAINST nato which got USSR tanks and planes, tho USSR planes at least had some changes there (Bison for example). Its like, France usually plays with Germany so the Leopards hardly meet against each other. But the USSR hardly plays solo or with china, and meets SO MANY countries (lest take 9/3 for example, there are 3!!! 72s apart from USSR one) which now operate the USSR equipment. Even if german 72s should play AS ALLY OF USSR.
Same can be said of the Taiwaneese M1 that mostly will play against US. Its just plain stupidity that makes the game less… likable? relatable? authentic? I dont know how to describe my feelings about that. Its not only the USSR but seeing the M1 beien given to China also hurts me pretty well.
You say this as though America doesn’t give away its tech to a point where only now with the GE is it even dubiously having the best F-15. Like literally every other nation totally doesn’t have an F-16, and their ground vehicles aren’t also nearly as prevelant.
Large arms exporting nations just export their equipment, its how they make a profit, especially in the case of Russia.
Yes, there is that problem with top tier jets. However in case of ground battles, there is this one thing i want you to consider:
The jets are balanced other way nowadays, but still from what saw at the event while farming the XF-5U - its still mostly USSR + CHINA against all others.
Sometimes germans were with them, sometimes it was some other country, but mostly the USSR jets fought against NATO jets. Same as back in the days the yaks mostly fought Messers. That is what i liked so much in this game.
So its much more hurting to USSR giving away their monstrocities as they start playing against USSR mostly. And its not that the tanks or planes need to be OP to make it bad - its that the former allies of USSR now fight against USSR. GDR, Hungary, Finland that got the USSR arms being allies ingame uses them as enemmies of USSR ingame. It just feels weird and bad. If them were trophies as the finnish 34s its maybe okay, it at least feels right. Tho still copypaste is bad.
Mate where were you since the game existed? The us has had an American plane be the best one of its own kind since the f14 and before that there were phantoms Which was much the same story with EJ Kai and Brit phantoms.
