It’s frustrating like most of warthunder. But why do I have to reload after I repair? I have no chance to repair and react. It would be much more fun, if I could shoot right after the repair is complete.

Because the developers don’t play the game and never tested it.

That why the best way is when you surrounded just don’t repair and rammed them or cap their base, no need to give free ticket to them
It is made specifically so that you hide and repair and not repair in the middle of the enemy circle.
