TWS lock on radar was fixed, so it works over 20km now, up to 180
But it is still limited to 120km due to the signal
CAMM should be smokeless now

Are they reoppening the Dev for the testing, or is this for live game when the update drops?

I have a stupid question why does the Giraffe Radar which sits on a mast elevated above other Radars
have the same detection rate and range of the SAMP-T Radar which sits lower down?
Does the game not model the advantages of having a Radar on a mast?
Yes in game we can hide behind a house with it and still engage targets.
It does not model it.

I dont know why the ability of Sky Sabre to launch CAMM without radar vehicle has not been restored.
So how’s it perform on live?
It would seem like nothing changed since the dev.
You can lock and fire from the Launcher but its very buggy.
the seeker head aims into the ground and turns around on its own, however I was able to lock, fire and kill a target without the search radar on.
That is a bug with all new SAMs, it was on the dev.
Brilliant. I’m honestly 50/50 between it and just going for the hornets at this point.
Im trying to get it, but ground it just pain incarnate.

Im about 1/4 done so far. Been grinding it via spading the Stormer AD, FV4030/3 and the last few mods on the Desert Warrior. So when they all finish, thats like 120k right there
Same but ive been doing it by sniping TADS and the strangly high number of 1st spawn ka50s and mi28s with the Stormer.
You know what, I’ve noticed the stormer appears to not set off MAW for the entire flight time anymore. I’ve had 3 engagements with helis and for all 3 the MAW auto flared for the first 0.4 seconds and then just… stopped? 2 of them didn’t even try to dodge.
