Skin Achievements and a small issue with Big Question

Lets start it,

I’m a long lasting Player, love to fly, love to drive, love to swim around the pool of madness sometimes in Naval Battles.
So trigger happy, I wanted to play my old fellow friend Jaguar GR.1A and then you suddenly one of your skins is locked… funny enough, already with 3 decals on it.


My French Variant suffered the same fate…

So, what is the issue here? Yeah, I can unlock them and will do it.
But now, imagine you are driving a M1A2 or other favorite tanks. Suddenly, you sit on a Winter Map with Green Camo and ask yourself… “Where is my skin?”… See this, without much communication.

First thing, how to proof you have unlocked it… especially if its 3-4 year ago. No idea… It is not like someone would screen every unlocked skin.

Second thing, already unlocked skin free with completing necessary achievements shouldn’t be possible to locked again. That is like, someone is making a 50 meter run in 4 seconds… gives him gold… and 2 years later… comes home… takes the trophy away and tells him… now you have to do it in 3 seconds.

Third thing, something like this causes unnecessary friction between community and gaming company.

Fourth thing, causes additional work for the support for nothing.

Summary in this case: Rather badly communicated, gives an uneasy feeling about any purchase or unlock.

Yeah already ticket’d it to the support and they confirmed achievements changed that is why it is locked again.

By this amount of vehicles we have in this game, it is near impossible to track what is changed with the skin achievements especially if you don’t live in this game.
If I don’t find it in the 100 pages of changes…

Random Notice, I have so many vehicles… If I would check now every vehicle… which have changed as well.

Some thoughts would be helpful in this case.

TL;DR - AFAIK you did not unlocked them. They were available without any requirements and you used them back then.
After some time we have added requirements to unlock them and you lost access to them (until you fulfill the requirements).

If you think different and do not agree with this (because you are sure you unlocked them), please contact Support via ticket. They should be able to check your account for such info.

PS. We do not lock again anything you unlocked. The condition is - you unlocked it. Not used it, because it was available without any requirements.
