You’d be better hitting up the support.gaijin.net ticket system as it’s an account based/store based issue.
(I’m sure you got suggested to clear cache of the browser and cookies or all that elsewhere, but maybe try another browser?)
hypothetically if the promotion ends and they don’t let me buy my t80ue1 in the 50% promotion I will take gaijin to court
Did you make a support ticket though, because that would be your best bet to have done when this started so you could put forth to the staff that you chased it up early, and they could line you up after to solve it.

I have no idea about your issue, but hopefully someone rocks on in with some info. Just be attentitive to your support ticket and be patient. Bumping the ticket, puts it to the back of the queue.
