So (edit Shinano not Taiho) in her BB configuration? Kaga? Akagi? that insane plan the Brits had for a frozen aircraft carrier? Pretty sure ice exists so that counts as laying down the hull.

As the Space Battle ship Yamato was built into the hull of the original Yamato to hide its construction it technically meets Gaijins rules as the hull was laid down…

she was planed as a BB then converted
they had sawdust too so there’s its deck

i think you mean IJN Akagi which is just IJN Amagi, we do not need IJN Akagi in her battlecruiser config
IJN Kaga is just IJN Tosa, we can just get Tosa instead.
IJN Ibuki was meant to be Large Cruiser but turned into a carrier but never finished, so we might be able to get her someday.
IJN Shinano in her Battleship config isnt needed
