This might seem ridiculous but does anyone think the R3 T20 should get scouting? The R3 capraia was made for reconnaissance so it should get scouting. I think all AA should get scouting in general its not incredibly fair that AA with only missiles get scouting.
I could see an argument that SPAA should get scouting below missile BRs. It’d require a lot of tuning to keep balance, though.
Eh, im wanting to say yes but unfortunately i have to say no, its arguably still one of the best multi role vehicles at its BR given it can still hunt most light tanks and escape any fight it wants given frontally its basically immune to 50 cal.
Compare it to its closest vehicle counterpart which is the USH 204GK, worse mobility, worse armor, less ammo, no stabilizer, less crew. It too was supposed to be a recon vehicle but id rather see SPAA that aren’t effective TD’s get scouting rather than pushing for more people to rush with a cheap SPAA and get kills. Stuff like the R3 and USH imo shouldn’t get scouting because they are effective TD’s (well not the USH but close enough) now something like the M247 which has a harder time killing tanks i feel would be fine getting scouting as a bonus.
The R3 is a worse XM800T in terms of gameplay and shouldn’t get more buffs considering it dabbles so well in multirole imo.
I honestly dont remember my R3 KD but i think its split like 100 air and ground kills so about 1.0 KD but i also play it to cap points and uncap them from the enemy, and occasionally making Heavies wish they didn’t have to deal with my 20mm ripping their parts off then driving away.
