20km is it’s point lock, it only tracks from 12-13km away.

It really is. The Pantsir has a maximum effective range of about 18 kilometers. Top-tier CAS aircraft can easily beat this range.
Hell, my A-10C is beyond capable of killing Pantsirs left and right by just chaffing while dropping GBU-39 bombs.
Why are you trying to use Mavericks against a SPAA?
You should know that GBU-39 glide bombs are a better way to get rid of them.

And the FlaRakRad is among the worst top-tier SPAA. Just because you CAN do something, doesn’t mean that’s a good indication of the abilities said vehicle possesses. I can reliably use the BT-7M at 6.0 and get countless kills, but that doesn’t mean the BT-7M is a good 6.0-worthy light tank.
What you and I can do with certain vehicles doesn’t matter. Only hard facts do.
Yes, Russian CAS is overpowered as fuck, but the Pantsir is not. It seems overpowered because it’s the only good Top-Tier SPAA in this game.
So only deck hugging is the only viable play style for you against Pantir then ? Cherry picking is not helping your case here. It doesn’t change the fact that CAS are still extremly OP. Nerfing Pantsir/Su-34 now would do nothing. Considering they can just add better weapon and better air craft. At this rate the power scale between SPAA and CAS would increase even further , ground player would still suffer while CAS still as strong as ever.

First thing is that maps must be bigger so SPAAG have room to spread out and hide.
Second thing is that other countries except USSR needs better SPAAG.

Because CAS is currently broken.
Why should a fully loaded F-16C/D or F-15E be nearly the same BR as the A-10C in ground battles? Why should the spawn costs of the ordinance be so cheap that only a few assists allow you to spawn them?

The issue I’m seeing here is not the Pantsir, but the absolute insanity that is Russian CAS. The Su-34 Hellduck should not exist in this game right now. The Su-25SM3 was already too much.
You can deal with R-77 wielding bricks effortlessly.
