I wasn’t aware the Type 81 had that system, though I knew it was deadly.
Many enemies I’ve faced when using AAs did just that, which is why I know it’s effective.
Plenty of top tier helicopters have FnF so their time of exposure is minimal. They also come with MAWs which give them ample time to drop down 10m and hide. Not to mention some have more ordnance than AAs and can replenish easier, so in the battle of attrition they’re certainly winning.
Maybe in case of Strela, but Stingers aren’t good against fast targets.
All of this ignores the fact that you have no reason to pass over the battlefield when your plane has ordnance capable of engaging targets at well beyond 5km of range.
In AB and GRB the type 81 is deadly but in SB without third-person is the system not deadly.

In SB the view is still okay while you don’t have the third-person like in AB and GRB depend the map and op CAS can be annoying to shoot it down.
Like I know about that but you have camera on top of vehicles so usually its not big difference.
You need to third-person view to watch your surroundings when you start moving from your spawn or detect any dangers that you can’t see.
For E2K and RFL I call it 1km, only within gun range, for 15 16 I call it ~15km at least, and a bit down to 11.7 we are seeing F111 and TRG. 20km death sphere for them.
You are wrong. Pantsir doesn’t need to be nerfed, but all nations should get SPAAs similar with pantsir or better one.
