Should loader fatigue be a thing?

I understand that some realism sacrifices must be made to make the gameplay more fun but right now at top tier there is almost no diffrence between an autoloader and a loader. I understand that autoloader shows its advantages when the loader dies and the reload time increses but it shouldnt have to get it to work. If the loaders got more and more tired as the game went on it would be to the autoloaders advantage since it would always have the same reload. I am not saying manual loaders should be nerfed to oblivion but I just think it would be a neat little thing to test out like the recent aphe change test. What do you guys thing

No.
It would either be unrealistically arcadey where it occurs after 5 rounds, or it wouldn’t matter because it only starts appearing after 20 rounds fired.

IMO it’s unnecessary simulation when the loading for manually loaded tanks are already slower than IRL loading speeds.

IF we had 3 - 4 second reloads for 7 - 10 rounds then it slowed to 5 seconds for the next 10 it wouldn’t really change anything when manually loaded tanks in War Thunder already load at 5 seconds or longer.

Right now you can have crews recover and “heal” from being shot so, nah. Its an "arcadey " game.
IRL any loader fatigue would be counted by the adrenaline of combat. Even big bullets don’t weigh all that much.

only if we get actual loader speeds
