not exactly a lot of competition to be fair, m1 abrams, t80B, ariete P, and the challenger mk3 (vickers mk7 is basically just a leopard 2 with a bit more pen already)

Together with M1 is often considered the best 10.7 MBT, with which one being better being a matter of preference.
So no, DM33 would likely lead to higher BR and thus paradoxically making the tank worse as it would now face much more dangerous competetion (which was the case before few last ground decompressions).
Its now much better than it was.

I don’t think this will happened at current environment, after that much of nerfs it performance won’t change much even if it get DM33

Vickers, Challlenger, T-80UD, Ariete and etc, almost every tank at this BR is better than the Leopard. I really don’t see what so “great” the A4 is, the main advantage is being balance in the Armour-Mobility-Firepower triangle but now instead of balance in the triangle they just become unrelated to all of those those factors.
That’s just false. The Leopard is better than these.
It’s the best because it has good enough armor to be resistant while also being a high mobility MBT. The gun is also good enough to do whatever it needs to do.

Resist what? What can it resist when current 10.7 is full of high pen ammo?
The 2a4 Turret is decent hull down + Lower tier ammo, the same thing 99% of other MBTs at the BR resist or don’t resist. For example your Ariete you think is better is both slower and with worse armor.

My take on the 2A4s;
Ignore the BRs, I made this long ago back when the ingame BR ranges were different, hahah.
New BRs would be: 10.7 for (B), 11.7 for (C).
Did 2A4 with C tech carry DM-53?
