@Gunjob
Does the eurofighter not have a g limit of 9gs under normal service, and then pilot can override it to 12 gs in emergencies?
As for aoa limiter, it definitely has one.
You can ask pilots themselves and they will all give 24 aoa.
If it didn’t have an aoa limiter what’s the point of amk kit that will extend the aoa envelope
what’s the point of AMK? well that’s like adding a Bigger engine with more HP in the ford I mentioned a Minute ago
i wasn’t limited technically but it’s still gonna pull more
also also, show me the AOA override Button in the cockpit please
The eft is aerodynamically unstable. It is almost impossible to recover if control is lost. The AOA limit is essential to the operation of such an aircraft.
Same with the F-16 there’s a video online of one reaching the 24 limit rolling slightly to the left and entering a roll intruded wing drop leading to a spin.
Aerodynamics don’t work like they do in war thunder where planes can pull lots of AOA at high Mach numbers.
Ate Chuet a Rafael pilot has commented about the EFT vs Rafael and that’s what he said the Rafales advantage was, low speed pointing.
I am aware things work differently IRL Matrix
I explained the system the EFT uses, it’s not a Simple G Limiter
This post isn’t about G
The F-16 FM in game is just an anomally, i dunno why. It has an insane amount of super stability. I have clips of it snapping from 90+ degrees to straight back to normal.
Its more of just it specifically needs an AoA fix then anything else.
Its particularly intereating, because the F-2 does actually do that in game if you try to roll in full real above its regular in game AoA limit. So the game can actually make F-16 type flight models behave properly, just the F-16s themselves dont.
Drivel I’ve flown the F-2 in test flight with my hotas and have no issues slotting around at 35 degrees AOA at low speed in a controlled horizontal scissors.
Idk, in my testing roll past like 32 degrees makes it do this. Which like, 32 degrees is too high, but atleast it happens.
Making a video rn and i can pretty easily control 30-40 degrees
I can point the nose up very high and let the speed fall to below the 1G aerodynamic limit then at 30-40 degrees AOA slot the plane right round. Then maintain a nose high attitude and point wherever i want.
Idk, this was on dev, but the lift arms /AoS values havent changed so i dont think it should be any different?

Yeah, it was an interview with a eurofighter pilot so I didn’t take the values for the other planes as fact.
BTW, where is that image from?
