lacklustre pack sale, boring and uninteresting as to be expected.

France doesn’t have a single pack vehicle on sale currently but as per usual all of the American top tier pack vehicles are on sale.

I have 1 question, where is the balanced nature of the sale?

I just want to understand why nations like France dont have their single premium on discount while america has pretty much every pack discounted.

And we get Arkansas discount but not Marat or Yamashiro? Why is that?
Because Mikuma was on sale?

Couldn’t you atleast communicate that not everything is gonna be on sale based on random chance?
