Big +1 for more British Shermans and lend-lease content in general.

We operated almost 20,000 Shermans and currently have only 2 in the tech tree, it is genuinely absurd when the vehicles are already elsewhere in-game.

There ought to be more M4A1 76 representation
I think this would be better as a premium, though, for the British tree considering just how many tanks there already are in the TT around the BR. Honestly it should have been this instead of the Avenger in the multi vehicle pack. But French, Italian, Israeli (the M-1), and Polish M4A1 76s (IIAs, eventually) would be TT

+1 the UK received over 1300 Sherman IIA / AY alone, making it the fourth most prolific variant and greater in number than the 75mm Sherman II. Their Sherman selection is astonishingly limited in comparison to how many were used by the British.

Good candidate for a TT vehicle, but could be pushed to Premium or Event just to limit numbers.

True, they could do with more stuff around that BR but at least they also each have 5.0s to bridge the gap. I don’t see why Britain should miss out just because they’ve got a decent 4.7 line-up.

Not to mention Italy getting two researchable Fireflies across two placements while the buggers who created them only get one without APDS.

How to create an easy UK 5.0 lineup;

  1. Add Sherman IIA
  2. Add UK Firefly with APDS
  3. Move Comet to 5.0
  4. Add APDS to Avenger, move to 5.0

I’m joking but something would be needed to fill the gap between it and the M44. Nothing particularly comes to mind though.

Give Achilles IIC APDS and push it to 4.3, and replace it at 3.3 with a 3in Achilles I? Just throwing minimal effort ideas out there.

Possibly, but I’m not sure if APDS alone is enough to put it up by 1. Can’t really think of anything else though. Either way I’m all for the addition of the 3in as you know.

Aww, why not? The A30 Challenger saw combat and the 1944 models likely didn’t have APDS anyway.
