Current empty weight is incorrect, suspiciously similar to the J-15T (might be placeholder)
J-16 is supposed to be in ~17 ton range

so okay they did give it a different radar, although it has the exact same stats as the one on the j15 and the j10C it does have a different name ig
yeah cause they cant exactly call it the same as one is canted and one is not
actually it is a little different for some reason they made it so its ±70 in the vertical too, with the j10 radar being +90 -50
Should the MKK get the new Sino Flanker HMD?
cause the J-10C´s/J-15T´s radar is canted/angled whatever you wanna call it
the j16’s engine does look different than the ones on the j15, but ingame they are the same
They’re supposed to be WS-10B Series 3, but they’re marked as WS-10B.
This will likely get fixed.
There is still a small amount hope, or cope, that they just copy and pasted the J-10C radar and haven’t gotten around to changing the values yet.
However I will admit that it’s mostly cope from my end.

i just kinda dont get why they added the j16 like it gets nothing new, why did they not just wait to add it so i could have ANYTHING.
Especially it has to grind through having the normal PL-12 for some reason before even getting the PL-12A which mind you isnt much better

I don’t speak chinse but I assume this is hilarious.
Would love to play the J-7E in nuclear thunder but the J-7D works great as a replacement

I just flew the J-16 in the dev server
Not all bad news, honestly. It flies and feels a lot better than the stats seem to suggest.
I’m surprised about the sustained turn rate. It’s really good for a Flanker in that regard. It also only drops to ~430-440 km/h when holding S with full afterburner while some other Flankers might be below the 400 km/h threshold.
Now I just hope the radar’s good and the PL-12 gets buffed because the flight model is honestly decent.
