IRBIS holds an advantage in azimuth coverage, that’s about it.
After the scan speed change of the N035 everything else is in favoir of the Captor-E
And captor-E is in a artificially nerfed state to boot as it’s scan speed is limited to mechanical only iirc in game

well azimuth coverage is really important
It’s not that the Captor is lacking in that regard, 100 degrees to each side is already impressive (except german which gets 90), that makes it already better of 99% of other ESA radars.
Only downside is that the Eurofighter can’t take advantage of such limits like an SM2 can, because of its missiles.
Yall should thank God that the Dassault engineers didn’t put a gimballed AESA on their Rafales, because that thing would be straight up untouchable in game if it had one.

i just love how in game the gimbal radars are as powerfull as fixed ones like the j-10c lol, worse cooling = same performance, would be stupid not to put one on a plane if you ask gaijing
