J11A dont have maw, its the J11B that does.
in the J11A, i would recommend using the cockpit rwr as it will say more than tha rwr that you see on game.
the 11A does have MAW
its an IR MAW so yes clouds affect it

what makes you think that the flanker that was fro the ground up completly build by china, is compatible with the r27

for the sino flankers the flanker weapons are Pl-12 and Pl-8
and later Pl-15 and Pl-10
In my defense the MKK, J-11 and J-11A all have R-27s. So…

I said that the indigenous ones don’t.-
J-11, J-11A, Su-30MKK and Su-35S can all use Russian weapons, but they aren’t as good as the Indigenous Chinese Flankers, like the one I was originally asking about, the J-11B.
The J-11B is not a Russian Flanker nor can it use Russian weaponry
