I know there is one but it’s weird to have P-27P cause that seem to be R in russian translated into P.
Nice video of a PL-10 launch
Looks similar to su-35 cockpit
i gotta say that i dont really like hte fully incased HUDs with a big bezle
Yeah, im not the biggest fan of it either, hope they upgrade it to the same one as on the latest J-10C’s and J-15T/J-35’s
iam wondering if there is any specific reason for making a HUD like that, bc they were able to make one without that for J-10C or JF-17 for example
I have no clue, but if I had to guess id say it probably helps with visual clarity/ reflections in certain situations.
Tho they seem to be swapping them out on most aircraft
Latest PLAAF J-10C’s are using the same HUD as the blk3 JEFF and J-10CE
like im pretty sure there are sitll aim7ps being used by marines to finish the stock in the us, there are missiles and nobody is at war with peers why would they be wasted.
the fact it lofts is clear indication that its not just a copypasted aspide, so plz gaijin
target can just be above
PL-10 not 11
ah i got them mixed up. pl-10 is IIR one right?
yep

Yeah marines. I could only think of them using sparrows in 2025.
PL-11 is still really exciting if China can get a first mid-ish tier SARH slinger (apart from F16).
The exclusive carrier aircraft for the PL-11 is the J-10. During the 2009 National Day parade, three pairings of fighter jets and air-to-air missiles were displayed: the J-8F with the PL-12, the J-11 with the R-27ER, and the J-10 with the PL-11.
J-8H should carry it as well, which would make a nice 12.x gap filler with SARH.
I have a question. How does the MAW on the J-11A work? Is it affected by clouds? I often use the maw to notch since the RWR is trash but at close range in some instances I just get no MAW warning even though I see the missile diamond and the missile is close.
J11A dont have maw, its the J11B that does.
in the J11A, i would recommend using the cockpit rwr as it will say more than tha rwr that you see on game.
the 11A does have MAW
