Unfortunately I don’t think there is a source that Gaijin will accept on this matter, we do know J-15 can carry 8x though.
Teeeechnically there is a dual pylon in existence for J-10CE, if 27/30SM can have racks from another plane, why can’t J-11B?))
I’m not serious if you couldn’t tell.
I mean, honestly, maaaybe… if J-11B gonna show itself on live same level of scrap as 27SM use to be update ago, but by the looks it wouldn’t, for 11B fixes, it seems, all issues of 11A (poor radar, outdated RWR, poor BVR missiles) that we had. Still we should have 11B in the same update as all other Fox-3 slingers and in “Hornet’s Sting” see J-16 or, at very least, J-15
J-15 won’t be as good as J-11B though, it does have 2x more PL-12 but it is notably heavier and doesn’t get WS-10A to make up for it. Though funnily enough it seems that J-15 actually has an advanced HMD instead of HMS on the J-11B.

J-11B doesn’t have the mounting points for the 2 inner pylons (can confirm from pictures) whereas you can see them on the J-16

Has anyone raised the issue to Gaijin that it is unlikely to be 60 degree after 1492’s azimuth.
Anyone got sources for these bug reports? Specifically what the IRST on the J-11B is. Even just a couple news articles saying it was upgraded (or unchanged) is enough.

Because, apparently, when someone messes up copy pasting stuff from other aircraft I have to provide sources that don’t exist (Type 1493 currently has the IRST of the MiG-29 and Su-30SM has the IRST of the N001 from a year ago, meaning it is missing a bunch of bug fixes).
Does anyone know if the HUD got updated from the placeholder?
IMO it’s close/good enough for sim

I think they’ve just given it the one from the j-8b, crazy how they put all this effort into giving the f-18 and su-30 their full accurate fancy huds and just slap a copy-paste onto the j-11, although it’s not too different so I shant complain too much
late production j15s did get ws10bs (by late i mean literally 2022) so it could be added
The J-11B’s BR for Air Realistic/ Simulator has also been lowered to 13.7
