J-11(A) (cause no one knows what the actual designation is for the fully domestically produced version) has OLS27 copy, IDK why it would be worse but so far I can’t provide sources on J11B, and Gaijin doesn’t allow guess work although I can’t think what they have used to make their conclusion any more valid.

I hope Gaijin can seriously rework the current Chinese top tier SPAA or just make a new and better SPAA that is fit for the top tier environment.
finished spading the relevant part of j-11b, gotta say its a real nice plane to fly.
Having maws is such a nice to have, as well as it having the best maws in the game.
the better high altitude/high s[eed performance is nice to have for bvr in arb, and the pl-8bs imo are some of the best ir missiles (although i really wish it had seekershutoff irccm instead of gatewidth)
and all of this on a lvl 3 - 6 crew
I really wish it had a good irst though, irst on this thing is basically useless being a mig 29 copy paste
also the userskins on this thing are real nice

yeah died quite a few times from just crashing into the ground locked out or just unable to fire cms lol. when i first started spading it i only had 2 bars filled in the g tolerance thing/

I prefer R73 tbh but Pl-8’s are also nice.

Same. Feel like it is great at long range but in that case why not just use PL-12 and for other flankers R27ET. R-73’s TVC is goated though especially as flankers aren’t that manoeuvrable.

Well since my first All-Aspect Missile is AIM-9L, I’d always like PL-8B for being AIM-9M with R-73 seeker, that sneaky attack is really satisfying when achieved.
