J-15 is developed from J-11B and T-10K(No.3 and No.7 prototype from Ukraine). Basically a J-11B with navy modification form T-10K, so it’s a brother of SU-33, and differs a lot.
Brittleness is the property of a material to collapse without forming noticeable residual deformations. It is the opposite of the plasticity property…
The composite is stronger than steel, but not more ductile, especially if the composite has a certain fracture profile…

The J-15 is an exact copy of the T10K-7, the only thing that differs is the equipment. There’s no J11B in it.
Structurally, it’s the same T10K-7 without the composites. Which they’re carefully crafting here

The standard J-15 has avionics from the J-11B . The J-15T has avionics from the J16.
It uses different weapons, need to adapt structure for carrying a different radar, and maybe the fact that it uses a different FBW needs change to structure as well.
Su33 is like 1980s avionics lol.
He uses the same FBW system, as the design of the aircraft has not changed in any way.
