I saw a video about the F-22 in YouTube recommendations.
The picture quality is very clear, and there are close-ups of the details of the aircraft appearance (including the back of the aircraft, the air intake, the tail nozzle, etc.), and even the interior of the cockpit is shot very completely.
It should be helpful for friends who like the appearance structure of military aircraft or want to make model references.
I especially recommend the shot of the air intake at 6:04. It is rare to see such detailed pictures.
By the way, According to the information bar at the bottom of the video, the F22 Raptor is currently on display at the National Museum of the USAF in Dayton Ohio.
this is because it most certainly dosent have power and the elevators arent pointing downwards,
it is possible that they are able to lock them in place but highly unlikely
and you can especially see it in the cockpit that it isnt a real F-22, as it cleary doent have power while standing in a museum so the MFDs wouldnt be able to stay turned on, on top of that the cockpit in the video is also missing a throtle
Museum page says itβs one of the nine pre-production F-22βs, s/n 91-4003. It was apparently written-off after test-flight mishap that overstressed the airframe and spent rest of itβs career as ground intructional airframe. Iβm guessing that lot of the components that could be reused were removed during that time and museum replaced them with replicas for exhibit.
