Forced false positivity is just as toxic, if not more, rhan outright being toxic.
Respect is earned and can be easily lost. Some people deserve to be treated badly.

1 and 4 is genuinely a terrible suggestion. The forum is for everyone, not for veterans only. This sort of suggestion is exactly what the elitist behaviour people always complained about.

Terrible idea, I find. After all, one of the forums main purposes is to act as platform where (especially also new) players can ask questions, so cutting off those people who need this possibility most I personally find very questionable.
Also, we have moderation in place for the communication platforms (forum, live and in-game chat), which strictly handles such things according to the game and platform rules. If you have issues with how players communicate, report it with the appropriate tools and the corresponding teams will handle it.

We do not have any plans for such rules.
Forum is protected by moderators, flags and activity filter (if you do not play WT, you cannot participate in discussion other than searching for help with technical issues). Thanks to this step WT forum is still active and full of players willing to discuss the game (despite the fact, that forums in internet are in decline since years).
