Servers are performing horribly

Are these servers ever going to be fixed? I’ve lost probably a couple hundred thousand in SL at this point, this past month due to packet loss and ping spikes. I’m in the USA and the NA server is completely busted, the EU one works better but is still performing terribly for a game of this scale/income.

And no, it’s not on my end, this is the only game I play that is in such a poor state and other people in chat are always talking about the ping and packet loss issues when they are happening. You get into matches and there are no one in them, sometimes there will be one person loaded in who can move around the map by himself while everyone else watches.

FIX THE SERVERS. People are paying you money for a functioning game.

This is most likely on your end. Use Wireshark to get the IP of the NA server (since Gaijin doesn’t advertise their game server IPs, for obvious reasons) and then do tracerts. If you get packet loss on the way to the server, send it to your ISP and tell them to fix their shit.
