Server Down after you get our money, realy?

Dear Gaijin.

Thank you for taking our money and it’s good that it’s only the second day of the new year and your servers are down.
It seems that the money that was invested by us is being used totally incorrectly if the servers go down so easily and you don’t have a back-up.
Instead of making fun of us, the people who pay your salaries ask you to have more respect for us.
it doesn’t matter if you are free or on vacation, but as a Gaijin employee you should be present 24/7 to solve any problem. I want to believe that some of you want your company to go down below other charts.
