Seriously, the VIDAR MUST go up in BR

These last couple weeks have seen an utter swarm of VIDARS, a vehicle with 2nd gen thermals & laser rangefinding at 8.0. It is absolute insanity that this vehicles persists in plaguing this BR bracket.
