Merkava 4 Besides of not having armor they are pretty decent. You just have to get used to the front engine or you will play engine repair simulator.
Merkava 3 is okay altough even less armor, which is impressive, the mobility there is really a pain.
Ive got to the 9.3 merkavas and they absolutely slap at 9.3 man so im looking forward to the Mk3, dw about mobility theyre more mobile than CR2 so im used to it
Then you will be fine, i also came from CR2. But they are even bigger i think, absolut bohemoths.

Yeah the CR2 is narrower but longer, the merkava is about the same height but way wider man.

Any info on wether Israel will get tanks and planes from reserve vehicles to to their current lowest br? Perhaps being filled with subtree vehicles, since they said they gonna focus on subtrees this year?

What gets me is when you see folks with an M1A2 sep V2 leave with one death, like they obviously have the previous tanks. Why not use em.
but yeah without the premium players USA is fantastic man, the tanks are not the issue.
I mean look at it , the M1A2 sits at 11.7, it is IMO better than a leopard 2a5 as it has better armour on the turret, similar optics and then the M829A2 round with a faster fire rate at a lower BR it makes no sense.

Not bringing AFT09 is absolutely silly. All Chinese lineups from 9.0 onwards require it. It is something you can bring that will nuke any vehicle in the game on sight (bar the couple tanks with APS). Make a beeline for the PTZ-89 and AFT09. By doing that line you also get the ZBD04A. All important vehicles.

By the way the ZTZ 99 II and III are incredibly under rated, the reverse isnt that much of a hinderance if you have experience, the over all armour of them is exceptional compared to the T90A at the same BR.
only issue i have is the optics which arent bad just arent MBT2000 levels of good

Hehe, AFT09 seems absolutely lovely indeed! And I am also interested on ZBD04A as well. Unfortunately, I fell quite behind on that line (left it at ISU-152 lmao), so I would need a few more days to catch up on it!
Until then, I’m using PGZ09 as an improvised IFV- and hey… it does its job, kinda xD.
My top priority was to get TOR M1, which I got just yesterday; now, I will continue the other lines!
They do seem lovely indeed! Not only better armor than T-90A, but also better turret traverse speed (24º/s vs 30º/s). Slightly better power/weight ratio, too!
Oh, I actually prefer ZTZ99’s optics over MBT2000’s! In fact, MBT2000 does not interest me at all solely because of its optics- 1st gen gunner thermals are a huge no-no for me… it’s literally the only reason why I don’t play Sweden’s Strv 122 lineup!
But yep; I am now grinding ZTZ96A, and then I will put ZTZ-99-II on my lineup, replacing Object 122;
Basically, I intend to settle at 11.0 and take my sweet time to grind ALL of the branches to have the ultimate 12.0 lineup, without rushing just one line or something. I didn’t get Al-Khalid-I, ZTZ96A (P) and Talisman on T-80UD/BE just to drop this grind lineup after reaching, say, ZTZ-99A xD

as far as I know they actually move off the line quicker than the MBT2000, but the top speed is worse and ofc they feel far more sluggish in comparisson to the MBT2000. But they are quite fast.
The armour has saved me more times than I care to admit, even had an instance when i first got the 99 II that a leopard 2A4 and two M1 KVTs could not take me out frontally.
They just didnt know where to shoot it.
The lower profile and massive slope helps alot!
Yeah i know that feeling !!! I was at the su-100 before the PLZ83 dropped and had to catch up ! got the m113A1 and decided i wanted the PZG09 as well ;-; its a horrid feeling looking at a tree at the one part thats missed like -.-
Gen 1 thermals for me arent that bad to be fair, Id rather have em and not use em than not have em and want them. But to each their own.
The ztz99s will be a good experience for you, I got the mBT2000 first out of them all and tbh i regret it.
Ive got more kills in the 99 II and ive had it for like 3 weeks compared to the 9 months with the MBT 2000, never really used. nor liked to use it.
I need to spade the 96A as well !.

Definitely agree there, china is a great tree, id reccommend the WZ1001 first due to the roof MG being a 14.5mm and the cannon having marginally more penetration xd
my only gripe with china is the top tier round is pretty poor. but its a bit trolly as well.

This is unrelated actually. The 13G is what this ended up as after being “fixed”, believe it or not, it was worse prior.

It was also better, previously having 18G’s when it was initially implemented.
The nerf occurred unprompted in 1.97, as a point of interest.
Good to know, so they basically introduced them in a way that was already nerfed from where they should be by 4-7g. Which is 20-35%. Then they had to be convinced a lot to even slightly buff it back from making it over 60% worse than it should be. And now it sits at a measly 13g and is still incredibly bad.
And it’s based on, absolutely no argument beyond “we think it should be this way.”
