Lets consider the UK, (Chieftain and CVRT) The Chieftain is missing a lot of armour and around 100 BHP its also missing the regenerative steering as gaijin is too lazy to develop that system. The Chieftain IRL is said to easily keep up with Leos in cross country settings.
The CVRT chassis are completely wrong as well and have far too little armour and much less acceleration and top speed. They are not even able to withstand the calibers they where DESIGNED to withstand. The CVRT chassis holds the world record as the worlds fastest production tank yet in game is out accelerated by basically any MBT.
All Chieftains have the wrong engines Mk3/5/10 // Gaijin.net // Issues
Chieftain armour needs redoing // Gaijin.net // Issues
CVR(T) Hull incorrect (see first report) // Gaijin.net // Issues
CVR(T)(W) Engine and Transmission // Gaijin.net // Issues
This last one really made me lose care or interest it just portrays nothing but laziness and greed on gaijins part. If the official manufactures Dyno results is not enough to get them to NERF the BHP of an engine than the devs have 0 care about accuracy.
Ill call it now that this post will get taken down and ill be banned for 24 hours again lol.
I’m trying with Devil to make the ADATS as accurate as it can be, but unfortunately most information is still classified because only one person is still affiliated with the program and nothing can be done yet : )

Are you kidding me? Most MBTs go way faster irl than they do in game
Which tank goes 99% of the time at 70kmh offroad jumping turning being chad on unfamiliar ground? ALL THOSE SPEEDS ARE TEST SPEEDS. Btw good luck reloading a tank at that speed jumping and turning aroound

Yep. That’s why usually MBTs have two speeds listed. Using Leopardo 2E as an example:
1- Top speed: 70 km/h
2- Cross country and combat speed: 54 km/h
Top speed is on flat terrain, a maximum theorical speed; while cross country and combat speed is the maximum practical speed it will reach on rough terrains and/or while firing on the move.
This is already represented in War Thunder, though! MBTs lose lots of speed on cross country terrains and the stabilizer is disabled past 70 km/h.
In testing with the speed governor removed.*
They accelerate slower IRL than in-game though, with one exception being Type 10 which accelerates about what it accelerates IRL.
You’re talking to a wall big dawg. The idea that nato armies can reload in less than near 7 seconds is heresy to him.

Why do we even have that in the game ?
Aircraft can pull ridiculous amounts of G that would scrap the airframe in real life.
bro these kh missle want me to kms bro like i cant do anything, my “american” spaa are some dumbass who turn of their radars and my cas are non-existence
i swear man american team are ass
i die to plane more than tank in GROUND BATTLE
Cause speed governors are hard-coded into the transmission prior to shipment to operating crews.
AOA limits are in-game as well, even if Gaijin still needs to refine that code some more.
Not only that, but almost all MBTs in-game accelerate far faster than they do IRL.

Yeah but some planes in game can sustain 15-16G loads time after time with no damage, how realistic is that ?
What? I’m just saying in game tanks are far slower overall than in irl, average speed.
Yet things like Churchill can’t climb obstacles that it should be able to
Yet they’re provably faster in-game than IRL.
Centurion is double as fast in-game than IRL.
T-80U is notably faster, as is Leopard and Abrams.
There are countless more examples.
Should we add speed governors as a bug report cuz I believe Abraham should go around 42 mph with the governor
I believe it’s more of that there’s not a big enough difference between road speeds and cross-country speeds because cross country Abrams and t80 would be going around 40 km an hour
Abrams is already set with its speed governor in place.
The SEP series dropped the speed to save suspension.
And yes, off-road in WT is really inaccurate.

Just using the Abrams as an example
Also if they made the difference in speeds as significant as they should be it would make roads on maps far more desirable and on some maps a tactical advantage but it would also narrow down where people went in the long run

av7 being superior to every top tier mbt?
you’re really gonna ignore the 2a7hu and the strv122s?
