Seperate console players from pc players in GRB

Console players gameplay assist are legal cheat software. They may nerf in in GRB but in CAS role Gajin never nerf it. One console player just kill 10 verhicles and two jets.

We will not separate players from our global servers just because they play on different platform.
And it’s not super rare to see someone good enough to get 12 kills in RB.
