I would like to suggest the Sd.Kfz.233 (Serie 3.) as the main TT counterpart to the Sd.Kfz.234/3 which is essencially the next developmental vehicle of this.
It would add a fast armored vehicle with great firepower to the main tech tree and another version to the original Sd.Kfz.231 (8-Rad) (Serie 5.) that i also suggested.
The Sd.Kfz.233 was the combination of the Sd.Kfz.231 (8-Rad) (Serie 5.) where the turret was taken off and the 7,5 cm K.37 L/24 was incoorpoated into the frontal armor was well as (with Serie 3.) a new armor ring around the open top with an GP Mg 42.
The 7,5 cm K.37 L/24 was a great general purpose infantry support gun, that could also fight enemy armor, that offered more firepower than the previous 2 cm KwK 38 L/55 against reinforced structures, tanks and infantry. These came back into stock into great numbers after the Pz IV switched over to the KwK 40 as such there were mounted in fixed positions, the Sd.Kfz.233 (which was a cheap and easy conversion) and on the Sd.Kfz.251/9 Ausf. B and C (also incoorperated into the front, while the Ausf. D got a new universal mount with Coax Mg 42 and the improved K.51 L/24).
This overall was a cheap improvement to the vehicle which was based on the Sd.Kfz.231 (8-Rad)
however based from the start on Serie 3. (of the 231)
I suggest it as Serie 3. with the 10mm Shield.
Requirements were set for a:
8x8 all steering
High speed forwards and reverse (same speed)
Less than 10 sec to change direction
and a turning diameter of just 10,5 m
It was produced in 3 Series which incooperated improvements and simplifications such as increasing the frontal armor to 30-40 mm and usage of “Einheitssehklappen” (Universal Vision Slits) which are allready visible in game on Sd.Kfz.234, Sd.Kfz.251.
While the 231 was 5 Series, the 233 had only 3 Series, which started on the 3rd Serie of the 231.
It incooperated the same improvements as the base 231 did, and also recived the 30mm increased frontal armor, 10mm Shield and new engine.
However the vehicles are different, and the series improvements were:
The 10mm spaced 50 cm shield.
a 360° armored shield around the open top of 8mm
General Purpose Mg 42 in the AA mount at the top.
The Gun:
7,5 cm K.37 L/24 and GP Mg 42
32 Rounds of ammo. (6 Smoke shells on the Front fenders like the Sd.Kfz.222 in game)
-10° to +12° elevation and 12° traverse left and right.
