Likely won’t change, at least not for awhile…

Devs keep fumbling the Sabra somehow.
New dev server update finally shows the composite on the LFP, but look closely at the thickness.

are we supposed to believe this is only 40 mm??? look at the comparison with the UFP composite screen.

Heres a comparison after i edited the plates on top each other.
gaijin is lmao
The LFP composite that has been modeled is atleast 80-100 mm in thickness.

I’ll submit a bug report. Currently it’s just a copy paste thickness from the Magach 7C LFP, however I’ll try to get them to revisit and remodel it. Tbf tho, 40mm composite is better than no composite lmao.

We’ve reached a point we say “Thank you” even if it’s inaccurate as long as there’s something instead of nothing.

Ill appreciate it, thanks

That’s just the state of the Israeli ground tree I’m afraid… uggggghhh
Still no namer armor, still no merk mk.4 armor, still no M248, still no light tank line, etc…
Israeli ground is honestly one of if not the worst ground trees there is rn…

Other LFP armor bug edited, this one has been attached to replace it in the main post in its place.

I would also like to mention that they finally modeled the turret breech armor piece I bug reported (however the rear structural steel and the rear turret basket still haven’t been modeled)

This may end up proving to be a slightly trolly bit of armor that can protect the Sabras breech, especially against chemical munitions or lower caliber kinetic projectiles.

I mean that the model currently used on the Sabra is based on a base M60, with just 6 rounds in the back of the turret.

Being the Sabra based around an M60A1+ turret, it should have an enlarged turret rack, as shown in this picture. This is probably because, as for many other aspects, they used the 7C as a base model (which is an M60).

Also, it would seem they fixed the gunner sight to 5x-12x

I also noticed the 5.0x-12.0x, but forgot to edit that in. Thanks for the reminder haha!

Looking at the ammo layout you’ve provided, the rear turret rack being the third priority storage feels so wrong. I’m sure that’s also a bug yet to be corrected by gaijoobles lmao.

New Dev Blog for the Sabra Mk.1 out now:

Giving me a wee bit of hope here. I decided to leave this comment on the post here listing the priority bugs that should be fixed:

I also made sure to call them out for stating this:

Yet still using the Magach 7C’s turret traverse rates.

How is the bug report about the turret traverse speed looking?

Hasn’t been made yet, however I will make one if needed:

you better get it done otherwise im afraid it’ll pushed the live server as it is on the dev(don’t forget the thermal generation too)

Currently don’t have any sources for it and can’t find any. It’ll stay as is until then I’m afraid.

I noticed on the live server the 7C has the same LFP and UFP issue the Sabra has in the dev server. both plates say 40, even though the top one looks exactly the same as the one on the UFP of the Sabra (120mm)

This is 40mm…

And this is 40 mm aswell…?

Unfortunately it does not. The LFP on the 7C is noticeably different from the Sabra Mk.1, however it is also too thin. Currently it’s 40mm thick, when it should be 60-80mm thick variably. The Sabra’s should be ~90-100mm thick based on the visual model.
The UFP however is incorrectly modeled on the live server as 40mm (should be 120mm like the Sabra mk.1), but has since been fixed on the dev server iirc.

Edit: proof the UFP is fixed on the dev server

LFP is still 20-40mm under armored tho.

One more bug down it seems. (I’ll close the report once I get home to check it myself and verify).

Edit: report manually closed by developer.

The following reports have been closed as “resolved”:
Turret damage model features, commander sight obstruction, and LFP armor missing.

It is good they are slowly working on this.
The devserver has been extended until 6th of November, which should give them a chance to fix the rest vehicle.

Have they already changed the turret rotation rate as stated in the devlog?
