Apparently, I cannot read things in brackets.
You are correct. Brackets bested my skim reading.

How often is the WT Wiki accurate and updated?
May have found some discrepancies on the Gripen E page.
Do not know frequency of updates, but has been off on a few things the few times I’ve perused it for information that I can’t be bothered opening game for. So anecdotally, would not be too surprised if something was inaccurate for Swedish plane.
In the general characteristics page, Gripen C and Gripen E share the same dimensions, despite the Gripen E being a little bit bigger overall
That seems a bit dodgy.
Yeah, but then again I don’t take the WT wiki seriously anyways.
I’m just trying to dig for more info of the wing area too on the Gripen E, but I’ve been finding conflicting numbers.
I’m not at all certain but i think the Wiki gets it’s stats directly from the game since it switched to the 3.0 version. The wiki mods might know though, you can ask them through PM perhaps :)
idk about the stats but the history part is deffo written by volunteers
It wouldnt be too far fetched if they also gave the specs on the wiki
I think the Wiki’s just being CTL-C&P here. The FM file on the datamines shows it being at the priorly mentioned 8.4m.
and that is the total width including the jammer pod which arent part of the wing surface
in the datamine it is only the width of the wing itself
Basically never. The BT-7M’s wiki page hasn’t been updated since before rank 1 light tanks lost scouting
the JDS Yugure page hasn’t been updated since it went up to 4.7 and claims it still has lower BR than other fletchers
Clearly a buff needed to the Gripen E needed )))
Hmm found this little snippet about a LWR being mentioned/considered

Interesting but old document, it was written before the C even came into service :P
Honestly this isn’t new, original procurement docs for SAAF Gripen shows GPS bombs but at the time of their acquisition MS17 was the most advanced and GPS bombs were pushed back for later integration. Of course SAAF never bought the later MS upgrades but yet it’s another example of planned features being mentioned before they were actually added.
Because I can’t upload the video:
