Rather than improving the current E-Gripen, it’s more likely that a new E-Gripen with Wiggen wings will be developed. If it is developed, I hope that the wings will fold and be attached to the underside of the E-Gripen’s fuselage.
Sincerely, what are you on about here? The Viggen wing on 39E is reffered to the larger elevon design shown later in testing and on the 39E’s delivered to the SwAF

From grinding the gears in my head a bit I do think there was an interview or something similar with either someone from SAAB or Flygvapnet that stated that it would only be air to air in the first version, add some air to ground in the second and then finally be completely fully operational in the third major revision

Didn’t have to, was there for the years they pulled it on us. Honestly astounded the premium wasn’t just added to the tree for laughs. Because we clearly didn’t have enough of them in the tree.

Not much information I can find aside from a brochure by SAAB but seemed like integral BOL were tested at some point.
Still hoping BOL gets fixed/changed to properly dispense and disperse but that won’t ever happen probably lol.

Not sure if someone has already said this, but I would quite like to see RBS15s on the Gripen; It would give it a proper place (if not ideal) in NT

With them adding other AShM, RBS04 and RBS15 is very much needed imo.
Yeah the air to ship missiles is kinda one of the specialities of the gripen, a majority of the images of the gripen all have asm strapped to them.
So it’s weird they don’t have them.
I think the game might be at a stage where the RBS 15F version Mk.I or perhaps Mk.II would be fine to add, i hope they do add it soon. The Mk.IV is FAR to op though (Mk.III doesn’t have an air launched version).
What is op about the MK4? (I don’t know anything about them other than their existence and that they are good, Im just curious)
