Because the hornet is not the measure things are compared against. Compared to C, Gripen E brings a bit more but not all that much in the grand scheme, and certainly not enough to make it on parity with the other eurodeltas.

Gaijin’s inability to model a plane even a near realistic needs to be addressed properly. I just wished the community would respond to this sickness instead of regular users making up excuses for the developers. As long as we have such community, the game will not improve or go beyond releasing new planes all the time instead of focusing on quality of life improvements.

Pretty disappointed that they kept the 39C HMD, just copy-paste. Did not give it any IFF or datalink features, it’s a very good feature for simulator and this thing is already power crept on release, would rather not have to wait months to get it… We also got 5th gens early next year it seems with the release of Rank 9.

Does the gripen e use a different hmd irl? Would love scorpion or striker hmd…
Aye, we get a nice air to ground payload for Sim and an appropriate number of AAMs, but apparently situational awareness features were too much.

It uses the Targo helmet, which has all the fancy features. Only the 39A and 39C uses the Cobra. It should look similar to the F16AM in-game.
Striker has a wider FOV, but otherwise similar features, DL, target pod HUD, IFF etc

well yeah i like to have every features on my plane that he have irl even if its situational awareness features, some players are crying about missiles rack on f15 and other planes, why cant we have something on a HMD ?

I am taking shots at them seeming to deem the correct HMD a step too far. It might be fixed, might not.

To my knowledge it has IFF just as any other top tier jet?
Plane to plane datalink isn’t in the game yet as a mechanic.
