Anti piracy can be addressed by pointing to the resource, like I outlined. All it needs is a single “This is copyrighted material” checkbox, and a box to enter the provider of the resource and the title of it.
Though this whole “They don’t want classified material to be shown” thing could be addressed by y’know, triaging reports in a sane manner. Or any triage system at all that isn’t just Ivan or Joe deciding they want Ruskis or Yanks buffed that day.
Sure, they probably also have their own library of all the sources provided and i’m guessing that they sometimes acquire the sources themselves as well.
But we’re getting of topic at this point, better get back to the JAS39E/F :)
I’m also saying the devs have a habit of being biased with sources and what views fit what they want. Lest did we forget the CV90 armor being fictional and entirely up to suggestion?
How about the CV90120, having multiple sources showing it’s weight and armor values alongside engine and yet the devs continue to ignore all the reports made by Aspect of Rage?
I get your a mod but please spare me, we can agree to disagree
Hopefully any such change would come in tandem with a correction to the length/width being smaller in-game than sources states as well as the trailing edge flaps. Would make sense to increase the weight as part of adjusting the size of the physical model at the same time.
Any word on gripen e and its “viggen wings”? The bug report was accepted like half a year ago. And since the variant with the extended wings is what entered service in Sweden, not the smaller jas c wings, its silly how the larger wings arent in game, or atleast named such that it is a prototype or what not we have in game.
I honestly wouldn’t be opposed to this current version being re-named as an “early production prototype” and an in-service version being added after it with IRIS-T and METEOR missiles when those are added to the game.
Yeah early production would certainly be an Improvement to what we have rn. Because it is certainly not “final model”. Still a bit annoying it gotta be this way none the less.
