the alpha jet is well balanced, I see no issues with 9.0
agreed, very strong vehicle which is undertiered. just an swedish sigma jet at α lower br, 8.7 and rank 6 would be good

ngl I think that SAAB-105 players just don’t know what they’re doing. I use the AV-8C at 11.3 alot and fair very well against getting shot down without using countermeasures. Although I don’t think SAAB gets RWR.
Saab doesnt get rwr, also its not av8 fast, i get your comparison but its not really equal.
Ye but Saab is also at far lower BR where it doesn’t face nearly powerful SPAA. if AV-8C can be effective CAS without any guided munitions fighting 2S6s and Pantsirs, then SAAB certainly shouldn’t have any issues, even at 9.3
This isnt me trying to be rude but you seem to probably have never played it lol, ive played both and you’re crazy if you think they are on par lol. The difference is one can sit 3km+ away and the other has to gey with 1.5km to hit accurate bombs. Thats well withing my gepard range.
Do they not both have CCIP and CCRP?
A4E has AGM 62 which guides itself accurately. CCRP is only accurate when close to the target. Thats why its a dumb idea to think they are the same BR. Only someone who hasn’t played both would have that mentality.

It only gets 2 walleyes though. A-4E is less risky, but also far less reward, and also is worse at taking down enemy aircraft. As I see it, A-4E only really excells at taking out SPAA from outside their range.

You also forgot the A4E can take the 2000lb bomb and use CCRP and do essentially the same as the saab 105.
Thrust to weight ratio and max speed are near identical, SAAB-105 has better guns and better turning, smaller target, and they both get the same 2 Aim-9Bs. The only advantage the A-4E gets is flares.
Again thats only one 2,000 bomb, and CCRP is FAR less useful than CCIP, especially at a BR facing strelas.

Gunpods reduce agility and top speed. They arent accurate and their damage is iffy at best. No forward wing slats unlike the a4e. The argument that they are on par is just some strange idea you have because you have a skill issue lmao.
