So it took 3 years to introduce the Tor-m1 to its respective nation. And its still not fully implemented.
Simple and short, I took a picture of the Tor in a match and it doesnt have the scouting capabilities that should be implemented (and ARE implemented in the Chinese variants both Tor/HQ-17) . Please fix this gaijin.

Forgot to mention in the post, but there in the header. It has Airstrike, as well as Improved Optics. However, again, these are just rp pools to sink research into for a feature not introduced. Hope this gets looked at, Merry Christmas!
