there might be a reason why i (not the greatest player), can average a 100 kill to death difference on my clickbait, but only around 40-60 on my T90M and T80BVM

and is not there all… much in tech tree so dont complain…
Grinding this nation and its meh. 6/10
I did need to write that - because of people like you trying to obfuscate and avoid that fact in a literal discussion about balancing said tree that the particular tank is in.
Only one ‘just typing shit’ here is you. Comparing the T34, Ostwind II, T29, T30, E100 and almost everything else on that list to the point I made - at least those require thought to play to some extent and can be countered.
Only two tanks on that list that you can consider remotely close to the toxicity that the BMPT injects into this game is ADATS and the T58. Both of those still require a brain to play somewhat effectively while the BMPT does not.
KH-38MT is relevant because it again goes to what ‘balancing’ looks like for the RU tree from Gaijin’s perspective. Clearly that’s just pulling shit out of their ass to support their biases. We don’t need more make believe russian wonder weapons infecting the tree because people want to cry about problems that don’t exist or aren’t as severe as indicated.
You can deflect and whine as much as you want. My points still stand and are correct.
You’ve only played the T-80UE-1, T-72B-3, and BMPT, and the BMPT is anything but meh
We all know the BMPT is overpowered, but because im not praising you and making you everlasting king for saying this it means i disagree with you there?
Every US vehicle starting with T/XM is a prototype, but i guess when russia has proto vehicles in its PREMIUM/EXCLUSIVE section its not okay.

Make a specific thread for the KH38MT as you love bashing it in a thread NOT ABOUT it so much.
I’m sorry but the T29 and T30 are stupidly easy to play. They require very little skill.
I have a ~3.0 K/D and a 62% winrate in my T29 and I hardly try when playing it.

You just chose to ignore that you have two BMPT’s that are still completely and utterly overtuned?
The problem with them is not just one particular thing, it’s many things.
You have to aim carefully to take these out unless you have around 600mm pen, if it comes at you from the front and the lower plate is obscured your only option is to shoot one of the optics.
If you shoot any one of the guns, the other gun and missiles still operates.
Shooting the missiles doesn’t cause any damage to the tank from the explosion and the guns still operate.
If you shoot and hit the ammo, it is modelled in 4 separate parts and doesn’t cause any blowout or chain reaction, it just cooks of 1/4th of your ammo.
The crew is pretty well hidden so you can’t do any harm by just shooting the turret.
Taking out the normal BMPT is easier due to the bigger gunner optics in the front, though it has 5 crew members instead of 3.
The reactive armour panels on the side has caught me a fair few times as well, you have to aim for the panel lines so you shoot between the panels but might be more of a skill issue.
From just you needing the think about where to shoot these and them just needing to aim in your general direction and start blasting you’re already at a massive disadvantage.
If one of these finds a hull down position against you there is no winning, only running away.
Part of the problem is probably Gaijin code for the ammo as well to be fair. From the damage and penetration values of the ammo, the ammo should probably not be as effective as it is?
As an extremely rare vehicle with huge cost behind it, but every Russian jet has Kh-38MT basically…
It shouldn’t be able to counter IRIS-T at all, that system is only good up to gen 3 seekers, whereas the IRIS-T seeker is a gen 5 seeker with home-on-jam capability.
Gaijin casually overlooked that on the front page of the brochure of the DLIRCM though, as it is a superior hyperdeadly hypereffective russiian design of hyperdeath that magically deflects even 3+ missiles at the same time despite only having two laser sources.
Out of ALL of these, the only “fake” stuff is:
Yak-141’s armament (completely fine addition because otherwise it would be at a stupid low br with only guns)
su30mkm got the double rail r77-1 and kh38mt.
idk where you get that ideo where they dont have good / never produce weapons.
Eurofighter not suppose to have spice bomb / one of the nation doesnt even have the aesa radar for the eurofighter / prototypes tank that represent like 30% of the us tree / plane that never existed like the f-16 on japan tree and many more
In the second link it literally says “Performance is based on calculations” on the bottom of the second page.
I don’t know what is wrong with first link it dosn’t opens for me but it says XF5F-1 in the link which is other plane i guess but i can’t see what is in the page it self.
PS. It worked and it’s about XF5F-1 and XFL-1 which is different planes.
Yeah they exist but they did not see any service or actually went into production.
Which is applied to every nation in the game , the original was stated that 80-90% of the soviet tech tree is fake so… Lmao ?
If we talking real life then because germany was about to die at that point and both the Maus and the E-100 were gonna be extremely shit tier tank if those thing were able to go into production.
If we talking game then it pricing can be attributed to a lot of stuff. One major thing is the rarity of the vehicle and the playerbase influencing it pricing.
And yeah only hull exist , it is not even a fully made porotype mind you. The one we have in game is 70% fake. Considering by the time they found the remain of the thing it was a incomplete hull iirc. Could be wrong but doesn’t matter anyway.
Didn’t know Su-9 get Kh-38MT.
and in what war deployed?? is placed in service?
But they exist ? Are you new to warthunder ? Gaijin policy clearly said that as long as the thing were built or even partly built it is enough to be put in the game.
Given Cold War is race where people trying to pump out as much shit as possible for a war that didn’t happen of course everyone have something running around back then that didn’t make it into service. But they work and that good enough for Gaijin.
Gaijin denied weapons before because of that…
But sure, lets keep it in the game, but nerf it so that it can’t actually target MBTs, because in real life its seeker wouldn’t be able to.

This is what a thermal camera with mK value of 250 looks like.
In game, MTs seeker performs more like this:
2nd gen thermal camera’s have on average ~100mK sensitivity:

So MTs seeker is on par/worse than 1st gen thermal cameras, not the case in War Thunder now tho, is it? You wouldn’t be able to tell whether something is even a target beyond 2km’s with such a seeker.
wtf is this excuse?
didn’t know Yak-15P had Kh-38MT at 6.3, lol.
