Despite missile bug TT version is straight up better and deserves slightly higher br, even most fanatic russian defenders admits that.

It should be 12.0, no excuse.
It is powerful enough to stay at 12.0 easily, it offers much better protection and more crew members which justifies 0.3 difference.
This problem doesn’t change the main issue which is tt version bein better than premium one, any smart person can empty those missiles and become immune to that bug easily.
Again solve the br issue alongside with this so called minor bug but you just want to keep tt version at the same place which is straight up coping at this rate.

Then match that up with when it went up in br
You will then see that a large part of that was during the period of the BMPT being 10.7
