Given I am a veteran, new tech like that is usually developed in a high clearance area, sometimes even body searches occur. I don’t know how they do it in Russia, but If it’s anything like the US… good luck is all I’m saying
That is the thing, I don’t think it’s anything like the US in Russia when it comes to that.
They are likely the most or second most corrupt nation in Europe for a reason.

you have some really strong contenders in the balkans probably at least 5 or 6 countries which may be even more corrupt than russia

The T64 as per the russian military reports had issues in the transmission, enginr and auto loader due to all being new tech!
The T72 i did not know fired that man, not easy to fire 3000 rounds off like that
The US is very corrupt… sadly… the world needs to be less corrupt as a whole, but people are greedy

But yeah post T72, the auto loader was ensured to be super reliable.

things are completely different in america n russia. for an example in america in the 2010s there was a chinese spy (su bin) who leaked a lot of sht abt f35 , c17 , f22 and in the end he only served around 50 months in jail and was free to go(he went back to china iirc) . lets say the same were to happen in russia i wont be surprised if the dude magically falls off a window the next day.
So? Russia is still one of the most corrupt countries in the world and russian soldiers selling equipment on the black market is not something out of the ordinary
