and yet its still nowhere near as bad as russia
with a just about 3x higher score on that index

i have big doubt on this
u got any proof other than just spitballing
doesnt sound very professional for a vet
unless he ate too much cray*n
you cant say the c word
if there is any marine reading that they will get ecxited
gulp
things are completely different in america n russia. for an example in america in the 2010s there was a chinese spy (su bin) who leaked a lot of sht abt f35 , c17 , f22 and in the end he only served around 50 months in jail and was free to go(he went back to china iirc) . lets say the same were to happen in russia i wont be surprised if the dude magically falls off a window the next day.
So? Russia is still one of the most corrupt countries in the world and russian soldiers selling equipment on the black market is not something out of the ordinary
that guy wouldnt have the luxury to ever see a window again in his life
completly irrelevant
if you cant notch the bug its on you buddy, you kina bad imo. also mutipath works almost always. and if die to a rush, its on your part you cant kill a topier tank with the most weak spots. i one shot russian tanks in a daily basis. if you say there armour is good, hear this. you can ufp all russian tanks with kontact 5 in 1km and less with the long barrel dm 53 and m829a2 on t72 with k5. i just 3rd person kill them. its so easy.
Any corruption is too much.
I don’t have to sound professional, and I certainly am more professional than 95% of the forum users.
Do you have any point?
@MrBombastic8

C…crayons???
Date doesn’t matter, Kh-59 is worse than AGM-65G.
how? 65G struggles to make it 15km unless you launch from high enough altitude that you will be dead to IRST or other new AA
Kh-59 will have a lock range of at most 6km.
65G has a lock range of 14km, same as Kh-38MT, etc because they share the same seeker range in-game for the time being.
65G will also work at night and a little in haze, TV sensors don’t.
“corruption perception index” most meaningless thing in a world.
Do you have a better index for measuring corruption globally hidden in the crusty crevices of your gaming chair? I kinda doubt it
The U.S. and Russia are worlds apart in that regard. While USSR was internally corrupt, it had tight lips and excellent OPSEC, but post-Soviet Russia is nothing like it. It’s one of the most corrupt countries in the world. Officers sell weapons on the black market, and officials siphon funds from military projects without shame.
Corruption runs from top to bottom; it’s so ingrained that refusing a bribe can make you seem more suspicious than accepting one.
In fact, here’s a Russian joke about how bad it is:
An American and Russian politician walk side by side next to a river. The American points to a bridge and says, “See that bridge? I pushed for it, picked the builders, got the funds—and took a little for myself.” They laugh.
Later in Russia, the Russian points across a river and says, “See that bridge? I did the same thing.” The American looks and says, “What bridge? There’s nothing there…”
The Russian pats his pocket and grins.
