I think we can put this down to lineups. USA can bring out another handful of Abrams, we get an AIM with stock heat and then the Challengers.
as a rule of thumb minor nation players are substancially better than major nation mains, this is apparent when you look at almost every single vehicle from the big 3 that later appear in a minor nation. the abrams is the second-best top-tier MBT, but that alone cant compensate for how held back the Challengers are so even better players cant always compensate enough in the stats for the disparity
I think beyond this US is just a more appealing nation. If given the choice, would you buy the ClickBait or the OES/DS to grind out either tree from scratch. I suspect the answer, if you have no bias, is going to be the USA. Its a more flushed out tree with better and bigger lineups, as well as much more vehicles to grind with the money you paid for your premium. Now this does attract new players, but also a significant amount of good ones.
Except this rule of thumb doesnt always apply. Minor nation players on average perform better, but not significantly better. In the case of the British vs US 12.0 and 12.7 Abrams, US players perform better. But if you look at the German vs French, Italian, and Swedish 2A4s, the minor nations perform better.
v3 is the new king of top tier, it is better than the uparmored Leos. Hell, even the v1 has a better skill ceiling than the Leos.
This is a double edged sword. While the current 12.7 Challies are more 12.0 than 12.7 tanks, properly modelling the Challies does include nerfing the UFP armor.

A lot of British mains here spend quite a bit of time talking about how good British players are etc.
So yeah of course I’m going to call out when a lot of the usual ones here only manage a adorable 0.8-1.5 K/D or K/S in the SEPv3, one of the best top tier MBTs at top tier.
If I were to regrind the UK, i’d probably go with that or the DS, but i’m already at 12.7 with the other lines grinded to ~10.7.
Pre v3 the British lineup was extremely bleh, but nowadays I think it has pretty good potential, as long as you have both of the Abrams and the EF2K AESA. 4 great MBT spawns (with backups), decent AA in SkySabre, and rather good CAS in the EF2K, but since I don’t really enjoy 13.0 gameplay, i’d just be playing the Abramses, which at that point you’re playing a worse USA. Though that is not a bad thing.
Incorrect, my claim has always been that a lot of British mains on this forum don’t meet the skill level that they want you to believe British mains are at.
And I have yet to see anything to proof otherwise.

This exactly. I don’t have a problem with them trash talking major nation players. However if they want me to think they are good players I expect them to at least match me in K/D or K/S in the SEPv3, because I’m not even especially good compared to some of the people who regular here.
the DS is a great option but 9.3 is a sweet spot for German Leo 1A5s to rather easily sealclub. the 1a5 almost went down from their skill issue despite clearly being a near overpowered tank in france mains hands.
agreed. theres potential to be met as our players learn how to abrams better, that will take a while to settle. the challenger issue will always be a ball and chain for the players though, gaijin isnt going to do much to improve their situation any time soon.

the boxer kinda sucks but the spikes are good for stealthily taking out early-spawning heli spammers.
bheeshma seems to be pretty solid, i mean it is a T-90. RU tanks always do very well at minimum, i cant say from personal experience, i boycott the india subtree as its been done really crappily. may start playing them when the FRS51 and HAL Gnat appear
