Except 99% of players have not played both. The majority of the 1% that have played all 3 would say the Ariete/2E are outright better.
The MYTH of the T-90M being TERRIBLE is just that. A myth.
I stand by my statement.
A terrible tank does not get the results it does in the hands of the majority of the playerbase. A terrible tank does not get played or brought into matches - yet we see people using them all the time quite merrily and yes, winning matches with them. The firepower which you rate so low obviously doesn’t stop people from getting kills with them. The mobility which you state is so poor is obviously not stopping people from getting matches won.
I stand by my challenge. It remains valid.
Anyone who says ‘T-90M is terrible’ should play a load of matches using the Challenger 2s or Arietes. Both tanks which need a lot more effort to get results in the current state of the game despite in theory having a kinder BR/matchmaker. Then come back and compare their results to a similar session in the T-90M.
The average player (for that is the majority of people in matches) will get more done with the T-90M at it’s BR than the same player in a CR2 or Ariete.
You can quibble with the specifics as much as you like.
However your own personal opinions (validated by your using the thing, sure) are still opinions. Opinions which I shall discard as freely as you discard mine. Happy days.
Debatable. Whenever I suggest to someone that they should play British Top Tier for example (despite them having access to a lot of nations) they decline for some reason…
The supporting lineup is another factor that helps the T-90M as well as it not being likely to face up to KH-38, LMURs, etc. and having less CAS to worry about. All additional factors that can make a tank much nicer to play. Less ‘terrible’ in fact…
Let’s check Statshark for a moment:
Ranked based on K/D ratio:
- M1A2 SEP v3: 62.2% winrate, 1.91 K/D ratio.
- M1A2 SEP v2 Trophy-HV: 61.5% winrate, 1.81 K/D ratio.
- Merkava Mk.4M: 52.3% winrate, 1.68 K/D ratio.
- Leopard 2A7HU: 53.7% winrate, 1.65 K/D ratio.
- Strv 122B PLSS: 48.3% winrate, 1.40 K/D ratio.
- Leopard 2A7V: 44.0% winrate, 1.40 K/D ratio.
- Type 10: 50.6% winrate, 1.37 K/D ratio.
- M1A2T: 50.4% winrate, 1.37 K/D ratio.
- Challenger 2E: 50.4% winrate, 1.31 K/D ratio.
- T-80BVM: 49.5% winrate, 1.27 K/D ratio.
- T-90M Arena: 43.2% winrate, 1.26 K/D ratio.
- Leclerc AZUR: 50.0% winrate, 1.22 K/D ratio.
- T-90M: 47.5% winrate, 1.14 K/D ratio.
Boy, was I shocked to find out the T-90M is at the very bottom /s

So what do we have?
- T-90M has the literal worst player statistics of the various 12.7 tanks.
- T-90M has the literal worst mobility of any 12.7 tank.
- T-90M has the literal worst reload of any 12.7 tank.
- Every skilled player I know of (BPA_Jon, Cavenub, Hazeyy, Coppen_, etc. etc. etc.) has stated it’s among the worst top-tier MBT’s.
But sure, someone who’s never played it knows better.
Now share with the class your nice selective criteria you’ve chosen to get those stats…
Do you really want to answer that?
Because THIS is the actual stats on your terrible T-90M. Publicly available.

If you’re going to fabricate - you really do need to do a better job.
The last month where everyone and their dog is playing the new Abrams?
You know - the shift that is skewing numbers across the board.
Go for all-time - a much bigger sample.
All-time does not show the vehicle’s current performance
It does not reflect how the vehicle is performing in THIS current environment with CURRENT enemies
Want an example of why?

All-time

monthly.
You’re the one fabricating data and spreading misinformation while claiming to be holier-than-thou.
All time shows an overall indicator of a vehicle’s effectiveness over a larger number of players, matches. It irons out the ‘flavour of the month’ effect.
Statistically - offering a larger sample size is better for giving a true picture.
Ah yes, we must not use that.
Instead we must use the data that’s artificially inflated from the BMPT having carried the T-90M’s behind for months.
Meanwhile, we don’t seem to understand that we’re linking a screenshot in which the T-90M has among the literal worse K/D and K/M ratios of any 12.7 tanks in the game.
Besides, if you’re going to argue about a vehicles performance in the past, I can just bring up Patch 1.81 IPM1 (70-80% global winrate btw) and be done with this discussion.
Obviously we’re discussing a vehicle’s current performance, because neither of us have a time traveling device.
larger =/= better all the time
You’re avoiding monthly performance simply because it does not fit your agenda, admit it
biggest issue affecting WR for russia at top tier atleast at this moment is definitely just the one death leavers that dont do anything and just feed the other side.
Like whats the point in respawning when 80% of my team is gone, both me and my squaddie just left
Yet you have argued against taking small samples as gospel in the past when the figures have been far better for RU vehicles…
Make your mind up.
Those are unfortunately on both sides, including hordes of M1A1 HC and Click-Bait players.
Enemies in blue:
Yet it isn’t the WORST MBT by that metric is it?
I mean, I’ve had someone arguing that the firepower is terrible and inferior in every way…
All 12.0-12.7 vehicles all-time stats Ariete vs T-90M

@Crazed_Otter You are simply coping
Crazy how your argument falls apart now that we actually look at statistics properly
Name me a 12.7 tank that’s got a combination of a worse reload rate and worse penetration.
Challenger 2E the moment you use up your pitifully small ready rack.
Next!
