Russian Teams Steamrolling NATO - Top Tier is Broken Again?

I genuinely think you scoop soup with chopsticks.

Ahem. That ‘miserable experience’ somehow leads you to win more in the ‘worse T-90M’ than in the Abrams.

Truly - I don’t know how people cope with their sub-standard MBTs that they keep winning in…

Don’t try to “rusia main” my entire argument. That’s why I usually avoid engaging in any type of argument with you guys.
Has limitations and pretty limited are two completely different things. Every tank has limitations. Limitations on timings, positions, playstyles. Abrams has it, leopard has it, Trashcanks have it as well.
What about NATO hump? Limitation? Yes, leopards do suffer from it the most. Are they unplayable because of it? No, not at all.
The counter argument for NATO humps was something like “just turn the hull”. Yea? Why not do the same with any Trashcank then?

@_Renzo Here’s your basic problem. You are conflating your preferences with actual data.

You might find non Russian vehicles more fun to play, you might prefer the handling, the mobility, whatever. Yet the data shows that you aren’t doing ‘better’ in them. You are actually doing often ‘better’ in tanks you think are worse - despite your comments above. You are an above-average player.

Now we move on to the playerbase in general - the average. They are doing better in Russian vehicles than NATO ones at top tier.

The really bad players do really badly in everything they use - yet somehow they are less bad in Russian vehicles at top tier.

Summary -
Above average players are doing better using T-series tanks.
Average players are doing better using T-series tanks.
Below-average players are doing better using T-series tanks.

Do you see the COMMON theme in all of the above statements (all shown by the statistics)? I’ll give you a clue.

It’s those terrible sub-par MBTs that you keep telling us are miserable to play…

CAS factors in - but not in every single match. In GRB people have to start off using MBTs before they get to play in the aerial toys. You stand a better chance of getting those SP if your MBTs are solid choices for their tier (which I’d argue all of the Russian lineup is).

If you’re referring to Thai leaks then we’re talking about same thing.

I’m aware that, the thing is classified source also causing conflicting, some people say its translated wrong and thats why Gaijin modelled current transmission like how its in game.

Also dont you think its little weird that China suddenly decided make worse transmission for their export tanks compare to previous MBTXXXX projects?

There is no official source that indicates T-90M2 will have better reverse speed.

Only some claims and questionable video that was speed up.

Just you wait pal…
Bug report mgr: “Its a game convention, not a bug”

Oh I already know how it’s gonna end.

I’m just pointing out how questionable sources are but that didn’t stop Gaijin adding fictional KH-38MT’s,LMUR’s guidance system and not bein able to force switching between Proxy mode/A2G on Vikhr missiles.

So yeah T-90M2 will most likely have better reverse speed and APS system which is works for me since it’s my favorite top tier Russian MBT.

If you cant beat them then join them.

I’m already beaten, bring it on Gaijin.

I’m so close to unlocking BMPT, most likely I will get it today.

With that my Russian Fantasy line-up will be completed )))))

That depends on which stats you are looking at and which vehicles.

The only thing I do better in my T-series is winrate, I perform better in my NATO in most other statistics.

Hell my M1A2T performs better than my T-90M in almost every statistic while also fighting Russia a lot, and it’s no particularly close.

That may well be true - but since ‘success’ in GRB is ultimately who wins and who doesn’t - Win Rate is probably one of the most valid of gauging a vehicle’s effectiveness.

After all, I’d rather have a team of MBTs on my side who win more often even if they don’t individually rack up a high score - than having teammates who may well get kills sniping but never taking control of the map.

I’ll statshame myself. I outperform the playerbase average when playing Challengers 1 and 2 in terms of every metric (kills, SL, etc.).

BUT my actual win-rates in those are not much different from the average joe in his Challenger 3 who struggles to get a single kill in a match.

The WR thus gives a better indication of a tanks overall effectiveness (not great in the case of CR2/3) than the other stats such as kills, etc. which may paint a conflicting picture.

Overall I agree with this, however that still leaves the example of my M1A2T having an even higher winrate than my T-series.

The whole discussion aside, I agree with this so freaking much. It’s also part of the predicament I often find myself in when I want to play top tier:

Playing the T-series, especially the T-90M, makes me want to jump off a bridge (hence why I’ve only played about 15 games in it in over a year), but almost every time I play as NATO and look at the scoreboard/map a part of me dies inside.

Meanwhile me: Slaps Talisman on T-90M and rocks with it.

I can still do okay with it (1.5 K/D in it overall, which is on the lower side for me), just at the cost of my sanity/mental state.

I’d much rather use my talied ADATS at 12.7 than the T-90M if given a choice.

I just noticed i got 2.1 K/D in my T90M while i have 1.87 K/D in my BVM.

What’s funny is despite getting sucked into 13.0mm 9/10 times i got 2.48 K/D ratio in my T80U-E1, makes me question what’s is wrong with me Xd, btw mm is so trash i started use my T80U-E1 with my top tier line-up and still works like magic.

I love T90M because its survivability, utilities, awareness and more chill gameplay gives me low cortisol despite using it quite agressive while i hate BVM due to its trash turret protection.

Here, just couple results with T80U-E1, people hates on this so much but its actually amazing, gonna switch with BMPT once i unlock it tho (70k rp left).

Can confirm - used some GJN from event vehicles to pick up the Weeb-80. Quite good even when dragged into the full-uptiers.

I’m using it a bit to mess around at top tier - still filling out the lineup. Got a space for the BMPT and Pantsir SV when unlocked. Already have the suitably hateful BMP-2M which has no issues causing havoc in GRB and named my lineup appropriately…

You still have terrible reload and depression angles with a below average shell.

Quit coping
