The internals are more cramped, meaning spall can cause much more damage on penetration and you have less crew to sacrifice for survival
But honestly I don’t really see the MBTs are a problem, I see the CAS of Russia as the issue with Top Tier
Then again, the spall is inconsistent half the time due to the ERA you shot through if shooting from the side eating some of the round meaning less spall and the autoloader acting as a somewhat shield against spall eating more of the spall

I just think Russian CAS is more dominant because the SPAA backing them up is better than what Western countries have
Don’t get me wrong, the SLM and NASAMS 3 for example are really good but at times feel limited because the Pantsir SM-SV just outshines them in most cases due to the TKB-1055s being able to intercept so many munitions
It’s easier to use.
I personally would argue the aesa euro for example is better than the Su-30 for grb.
More munitions to use, brimstones on that FM are great for anti-heli and will overwhelm even the new pantsir and spice 250s are also good.
The “James strat” is also surprisingly effective with the euro

They’re more limited due to LDIRCM completely countering them imo.
True but the moment you go against a Pantsir SM-SV that actually pays attention to the radar screen its annoying to deal with
As long as there was terrain it wasn’t too much trouble. Allows for quick pop-up strikes that give it limited reaction time.
Helps that they don’t have as much room to manouver compared to a plane
You can also spam and guide more agms than they can intercept at once unless you’re launching from far away
If it is so widely known it should be super easy for you to actually prove.

About a month ago I met this player who had about 3500 games in their 2A7V but still only managed a 0.5 K/D, which really impressed me (not in a good way though).
